The Chinese New Year is our traditional festival ,we usually take holiday for about 2 weeks.During that days,almost no Chinese factory is open for new order .That means,the progress involved with getting your flexible packages completed and delivery will not be on time until we back to work .(The holiday should be Jan.13th to Jan.29th).
According to this situation ,we suggest that if you have new order need to place,try to place that before Dec.20th.Only in this way ,we can complete your order and send it to you as your requirements.
By the way,some people maybe confused why so many days to complete a pouch ?Now let me explain to you .
For a custom printed stand up pouch making,including 4 steps:
We usually need 3-5 days to complete this step affected by the quantity of colors.The quantity of color is up to your design or we called it artwork.By the way ,we can only use the pdf and AI format file.So when you are ready to place a flexible packages order,prepare the pdf or AI format file also. (Before this step,we should confirm the design first .)
For this step ,1-2 days will be enough .The speed of our printing equipment is about 300m/min,means 144k meters for one day .During this step ,we will take photos and videos for you to check the color and other information .Don`t worry, before this step,we usually check the time with you to ensure you can check the printing at the first time .For flexible packages,nice printing is the first impression.
This is the third step for a food packaging pouch .Usually 1-2 days.The speed of our lamination equipment is about 400m/min,means 190k meters oneday .During this step ,we need the other 48 hours for heating the laminated film . Only in this way ,the final film or pouch can be stronger for protecting your product .
The last step for a custom printed food packaging pouch usually takes 1-3 days .The speed of bag-making equipment is up to the size of your pouch ,the material ,the thickness ,even the shape of your pouch .In this step ,the food packaging pouch is completed finally .We will take photos and videos to show you the details of your pouch .
All in one ,for a custom printed stand up pouch ,we usually need 12-15 days to finish all step.
Finally ,all I want to say is just -place the order before Dec.20th.We will have enough time to make nice flexible packages for you .
