When the oxygen concentration in the packaging bag is ≤1%, the growth and reproduction speed of microorganisms will drop sharply, and when the oxygen concentration is ≤0.5%, most microorganisms will be inhibited and stop breeding.(Note: The growth of anaerobic bacteria and food deterioration and discoloration caused by enzyme reactions is not changed by vacuum packaging.Refrigeration, quick-freezing, dehydration, high-temperature sterilization, radiation sterilization, microwave sterilization, salt Pickling, etc will be helpful on that .)
Preventing food oxidation is another function of vacuum pouch .Because the oily foods contain a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids, they are oxidized by oxygen, making food taste and deterioration. In addition, oxidation also causes the loss of vitamins A and C, and the unstable substances in food pigments are subjected to the action of oxygen to darken the color. Therefore, oxygen removal in vacuum packaging can effectively prevent food from deteriorating and maintain its color, aroma, taste and nutritional value.
The material of vacuum pouch will affected the shelf life and taste of the product .The most important thing is how to choose the suitable material structure.Among them, PE is low temperature resistance, and RCPP is high temperature resistance (121degegree or even 135 degree);PA is physical strength and puncture resistance;AL aluminum foil is to increase the barrier performance and shading;PET, increase mechanical strength, excellent stiffness.Then according to your requirements , we will laminate different material in one .
